Practice

We currently practice twice a week! We practice Wednesday nights at the Miwok Aquatic Complex and Sunday afternoons at Redwood High School.

Wednesday nights at the Miwok aquatics complex in Novato

Practice is 6:45-8:30pm

Free parking is only in the top half of lot 5 in the section labeled free parking. Campus police will issue a ticket if you do not have a permit or are not parked in lot 5.

Sunday afternoons at Redwood High school in Larkspur

Practice is 2:45-5pm

 

First 30 minutes are warmup and skills

​

Park in the main high school parking lot. Walk between the gyms to find the pool.
